During the first phase of a collaboration, Chanzeho will perform a cost calculation and prepare a formal quotation based on the customer's requirements, including product specifications, quantity, packaging, delivery cycle, and quality standards. This quotation typically specifies the unit price, total price, minimum order quantity, delivery terms, payment method, and validity period, ensuring the customer fully understands the terms of the collaboration.

When customers are interested in a quote, they often request samples for testing and evaluation. Chanzeho will prepare standard or custom samples and ship them to customers via international express. Upon receipt, customers will conduct a trial run and internal review. If any modifications are required, further communication and refinement will be conducted until the customer has final approval.

After agreeing on the sample and price, the customer will confirm in writing, either by email or by signing a sample, to ensure the product, price, delivery date, and other details are correct. Typically, at this stage, the customer will place a Purchase Intent (PO) to prepare for contract signing and formal order placement.

Chanzeho will draft a formal contract, specifying product details, quantity, delivery time, payment terms, warranty, and after-sales terms, and stipulating the responsibilities and obligations of both parties. Once the customer has reviewed and approved the contract, both parties will sign and seal it. The customer will also pay a certain percentage of the advance payment (usually 50%) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
